How It Works
Step 1:  Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed to this page to initiate the screen-sharing session. Enter your name, company name, and unique connection code that your support agent will provide. You will then review the terms and conditions. Once you have read and accepted the terms and conditions, you will then initiate the screen-sharing session.
Step 2:  You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.
Step 3:  With your permission, your support agent will view your screen and provide guidance with drawing tools.
You will be in full control of your computer at all times. You can end the screen sharing-session at any time.
