Install GoToAssist Express

To download and install GoToAssist Express

1. Go to www.gotoassistexpress.com.
2. Log in with your account email and password.
3. Click the Download & Start button to download and launch the application.
4. Click Yes, Always or Trust if prompted by your browser.
5. The GoToAssist Express application is installed on your computer. For PC users, the GoToAssist Express icon appears in your system tray and is ready for use.

For Mac users, the GoToAssist Express icon appears in your dock.

Note: If java is not installed on your Mac or PC then GoToAssist Express will not automatically start on your computer. In this case click the Manual Download link and when prompted. If you wish to automate the download process then follow the on-screen instructions to install java.

Note: You can download GoToAssist Express to as many of your computers as you like but you can only support from one PC or Mac at a time.
