Share My Screen
When you begin a new support session you automatically start by viewing your customer’s desktop but that can be turned around so that you can share your desktop with your customer.
To share your screen with your customer

From the Viewer select the Screen Sharing menu.
- Select Share My Screen.
- Decide whether or not you want to share your keyboard and mouse with your customer and then minimize the Viewer to display your desktop.
To return to viewing your customer’s screen
- From the Viewer select the Screen Sharing menu.
- Select Start seeing <customer’s name> Screen.
